What If My Package Is Damaged or Lost?

DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive your shipment in a damaged condition, the more details you can provide about the damage, the better the carrier can handle the claim. Please note that the damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt, and only notifications that are accompanied by all of the required documents and photos listed below will be considered for compensation or replacement. The carrier will conduct an investigation and process the claim based on their findings and the information you provide, so please be as thorough as possible.

Required documents for a damaged claim:

  • Written statement (+ signature) from you as the recipient
  • A photo of the outer packaging
  • A photo of the inner packaging
  • One or more photos of the damaged goods

On average, we receive a response from the carrier within 7 days. As soon as we receive an update on your request, we will notify you through this channel.

PACKAGE LOST

If you have placed an order but have not received it, please report the issue within 4 weeks (28 calendar days) of the shipment date. You can do this by filling out the contact form on our website or by sending an email to shipping@roidtest.nl with your order number and a declaration stating that you have not received your order.

Please note that any reports received after the 4-week period will not be processed.
